Select a conference type 'Residential' if you require rooms for your guests in the hotel, other wise select 'Non-Residential' and mention an approximate number of people from the drop down box.
Thirdly, select the number of rooms (from 10 onwards) you may require for the conference. The rooms are priced as per the APAI (American Plan All Inclusive) approximately. And finally, select a desired seating arrangement from the options available to complete the first step by clicking the 'Search' button.
If you want to compare the displayed hotels based on your search criteria, select the Checkboxes and Click 'Compare Hotels' button other wise select the checkbox against that Hotel and click the 'Request for Proposal' button.
